Yes, our extensions are 100% Remy human hair and can be darkened or toned by a professional. We do not recommend bleaching or lightening.

How long do the extensions typically last?

With proper care and maintenance, BELLAMI professional extensions last 6-12 months, while clip-ins can last up to a year or longer depending on frequency of use.

Can I use heat styling tools on my extensions?

Absolutely. Since it is real human hair, you can curl, blow-dry, and straighten them. We always recommend using a heat protectant spray to maintain hair health.

What is the difference between Silk Seam and Classic clip-ins?

Silk Seam extensions feature a significantly thinner weft that lies flat against the scalp, while Classic extensions use a traditional stitched fabric weft.

How often should I wash my hair extensions?

Extensions do not receive natural oils from the scalp, so they only need to be washed every 15-20 wears or when there is significant product buildup.
