We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened hair extensions. For hygiene reasons, the security seal must remain intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Inspect Security Seal

  Ensure the main compartment of the packaging is unopened and the gold security seal is not broken.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
